Having been involved in law since his college years, Thomas Straub is Silbowitz, Garafola, Silbowitz, Schatz & Frederick LLP’s most recent addition. Mr. Straub brings a dual-pronged approach to our clients, having practiced as both a personal injury lawyer and insurance defense litigator. His areas of practice include municipal liability, automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction accidents, civil rights violations, negligent school supervision of minors and other complex torts.
His attention to detail, ability to see what others may miss and knowledge of his cases inside and out makes him a skilled writer and courtroom advocate. Concentrating his practice to the unique needs of New York City courts and those in the surrounding suburbs, Mr. Straub is able to offer his clients knowledge of procedural rules and the latest case law on issues that can make or break a matter.
